Andrea Davies
Andrea Davies holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Solstice at Pine Manor College and a BA in English and Art from San Francisco State University. She is an essayist and dabbler in poems + visual art. Formerly, Andrea worked as a Creative Writing and Visual Arts Teaching Artist in San Francisco and San Diego based organizations such as: A Reason to Survive, Inc., The AjA Project, San Diego Art Institute, Tel-Hi Neighborhood Center and Streetside Stories. Currently, she is slowly working on a MEd in Mental Health Counseling with the goal of starting a private practice in years to come. Andrea lives in Southern Maine and works at Harvard University where she has the pleasure of acting as the Administrative Coordinator for The Committee on Ethnicity, Migration, Rights as well as the Harvard Mellon Urban Initiative
