Concentrator in Applied Mathematics
VERONICA SANTANA is a senior in Dunster House concentrating in Applied Math with a focus field in Sociology. Originally from Long Beach, California, she is interested in looking at issues of racial, educational, and socioeconomic justice, while learning this through both a quantitative and a qualitative lens. On campus she spends her time researching issues surrounding educational inequity, working as a math course assistant, and heading the Applied Math Peer Concentration Advising program. In her free time Veronica loves to take walks by the Charles River (which she misses very much), and finding the best Mexican food that Cambridge has to offer. She would love to talk with you and hopes to be able to answer any questions students might have!
